Imagine a hot vibey club tune that is going to make you feel empowered to kick-start that business venture you’ve been thinking about, buy that property as an investment, upgrade to that sports car or new model of that cell phone, that is what 'Ziyaphenduka' by Phindy Dee offers to any young person at this current moment where many feel depressed due to lack of positivity around them especially to young girls. Ziyaphenduka is a qgom track that was recorded at One 9 Records with the help of their very professional crew; produced by Dj Mthulas and mixed by Sphe Mhlongo famously known as Drooplet.
Phindy Dee is a young lady that was born and bred in Ulundi, she started singing in church and school choir at the tender age of 5 and has since never looked back. Making it as a singer was not up for discussion but compulsory that is why she has given it her all and ventured into other sectors of the music industry by studying Artist Management at KUMISA to empower other upcoming singers from her hometown. The Fashion Designer graduate is also the founder of a company that specialises in styling.
“I wrote this song 'Ziyaphenduka' because I wanted to show or tell that there are ladies who can manage on their own to go to clubs just to have fun on their own, not because they expect some random guy to buy them drinks. Also, to convey that guys are also capable of wise money spending,” said Phindy Dee in an interview with Underground Press.
'Ziyaphenduka' received much positive public feedback from local radio stations such as ICORA FM, Nongoma FM. The month of June promises to be a great deal for fans of Phindy Dee as she’ll be touring all over Zululand starting at Nongoma, Pongola, Dumbe, Vryheid and Ulundi to promote the song and give live performances.
