Being’s video for Fragile uses simplicity to deliver an emotional sucker-punch

Through its poignant minimalism, the video for Being’s 'Fragile' bolsters the message and the mood of the song.

There are no frills or embellishments. The stripped-down music lays a solid platform and creates a safe space for the raw, honest vocals to express themselves, bringing life to lyrics dripping with grief, exhaustion, and acceptance.

Like the music, the visuals are simple yet evocative. While it seems like nothing is happening there are still very powerful emotions at play. The video evokes the feeling of being hit by immense tragedy while at the same time having a sucker-punch realisation about life that makes you see things in a different, darker way.

Even though nothing really happens, the video for “Fragile” packs a punch that will have you reeling for a long time after watching it.
