Reintroduced to the music scene with their combined creative forces as a couple; A-iesha and Remy Reece release a 90s themed pop/hip-hop song that explores the hardships of a day in the life of recording artists with their first joint single entitled ‘Long Night’.

Recorded in their home studio in between the various demands of everyday life; ‘Long Night’ acts as an anthem to the process of creating music together while juggling responsibilities. It is the first single released by A-iesha and Remy Reece in lieu of their upcoming EP It Is What It Is that explores challenges often faced in the music industry as well as in relationships. This EP will be released with the hopes of introducing acceptance of cultural differences and interracial challenges.

Long Night’ begins with a haunting electric guitar riff that continues throughout the piece while Remy Reece and A-iesha take turns vocalizing with segments of hip hop-based rap complemented by more pop-orientated verses. While it might have been appreciated to hear a shared chorus between the two artists; the resulting work still provides listeners with bop-worthy rap rhythms and clear upper-end vocals which pay tribute to both A-iesha and Remy Reece’s musical styles.

A song designed to be played with the windows down while driving, ‘Long Night’ is a great first release for the combination of sounds that is A-iesha and Remy Reece.
