From the shores of East London, South Africa; Jordan Dysel releases his first single of the year with his uplifting dance/pop song ‘Atypical’ that literally pops.

Partnering with renowned producer Ewald Jansen Van Rensburg, Dysel started writing ‘Atypical’ in 2019 inspired by his sister’s relationship with her fiancé. ‘Atypical’ is a light-hearted and catchy pop song that creates an image of walking along the beach basking in the sunshine alongside someone you love. The song clearly portrays the feeling of bliss that is experienced in strong relationships and encapsulates all characteristics of pop music.

The laid-back vocals of Jordan Dysel are strongly carried through from previous releases like ‘Faded Love’ and ‘What’s on the Moon’ but it’s safe to say that ‘Atypical’ presents the most energy and punch out of Dysel’s musical repertoire to date.

In conclusion, ‘Atypical’ is a song full of positivity and joy that is definitely dance-worthy and is most likely to get stuck in your head for days.
