South Africa’s rising symphonic doom and death metal force, Seance Room, is preparing to unleash its long-awaited, self-titled debut on 31 October 2025. As anticipation builds, the band has unveiled the first glimpse into their soundscape with the release of 'Daylight Fades' — now streaming on theirYouTube channel. Additionally, building up to the release date, the outfit will be releasing one song from the upcoming album every day via their YouTube channel.
Recorded over the past year, Seance Room’s self-titled debut offers twelve meticulously arranged tracks, with select editions including the alternative version of “Haunting the Valley.” The album showcases the dynamic interplay between Selene Albecinske’s haunting female vocals and Dwayne Coetzee’s commanding male presence, delivering a sonic experience that is both intense and immersive.
