'Burn It' was inspired by the Michael Jackson funk piece Gaelen wrote tinkering on his fuzz pedal. Miggs promptly began 'slappin' da bass'! Pete was told to wrangle an African-sounding, upbeat guitar/banjo verse to bring Michael Jackson back home, and so he did."
