Johannesburg, 3 July 2023 – Wondering how to keep the kids entertained this school holiday? Eastgate is the place to be. Take fun to the max at the Gel Blaster Arena on the rooftop Piazza from 27 June – 17 July. Grab your Gel Blaster at the Gel Blaster Arena and launch your hydrogel orbeez at targets and opponents. Packed with hours of adventure, it’s your chance to get in on the safe action and have some school holiday fun.

Movie lovers can experience big-screen entertainment, at the centre’s Ster-Kinekor theatres with both IMAX and Prestige cinemas. Blockbuster hits on the way include Indiana Jones, Ruby Gillman Teenage Kraken, Elemental, The Flash Movie, and more.

South Africa’s biggest indoor go-kart track, IndyKart, will be open six days a week (Tuesday – Sunday) throughout the holiday. The track is open to children from the age of nine years old or those with a minimum height of 1,4 metres.

Eastgate’s Air360 skate park promises plenty of action-packed moments. Amplifying outdoor adventure with all things wheels, Air360 is a safe and exhilarating experience not to be missed. This exhilarating track is open to youth and adults of all ages and skill levels.
