Johannesburg, 28 August 2025 – The Zone @ Rosebank is set to make a bold statement in local fashion by hosting a showcase featuring designer Andile Cana, founder of Markedbycana. Scheduled for Sunday, 31 August at Regents Place, the evening will spotlight Cana’s celebrated collection of hand-painted denim jackets, each piece reflecting a unique South African narrative through intricate art and design.

Fashion Meets Storytelling

Markedbycana is renowned for its bespoke jackets that honour South African icons. Since launching in 2019, Cana has collaborated with notable figures, with his creations gaining recognition both locally and internationally. Each jacket serves as a wearable canvas, blending street style with cultural heritage, offering audiences a distinctive experience where fashion becomes storytelling.

The Zone Steps Into Style

By hosting this event, The Zone reinforces its position as a hub for creative expression, attracting visitors inspired by both culture and style. Guests will enjoy a red-carpet showcase followed by a lively after-party at Ashisha X – South Africa’s first all-in-one shisha destination combining retail, wholesale, lounge, and online services. Live musicians will further enhance the evening’s atmosphere.
