Johannesburg, 3 July 2025 — These mid-year school holidays, the Mall of Africa is serving up something special for families and curious little ones. From 9 to 21 July, the mall’s Nando’s Court transforms into a vibrant, interactive play village as Le Petit Playhouse rolls out its immersive activation, Playtime at Le Petit Playhouse — designed for kids aged 2 to 7.

This hands-on pop-up lets children dive into a world of imagination, role-play and creativity with themed zones like a Fire Station, Police Station, Vet, Beauty Salon, Medical Centre, Café and Market. Thoughtfully stocked with props and costumes, it’s a throwback to the classic simplicity of make-believe — minus the screens.
