The Dirty Skirts Ink Deal With Just Music and Announce New Single Doomsday Clock
South African indie rock sensation The Dirty Skirts return with a brand new single ‘Doomsday Clock’ and announce their deal with South Africa’s leading independent record label Just Music.

The partnership will see Just Music release the band's new single (out 26 May 2023), as well as their forthcoming EP Radiant Clouds later this year.
'Doomsday Clock' is the band's first new music since winning the Best Alternative Album SAMA for their acclaimed album Lost in the Fall in 2011.
The band have this to say “We’re really excited to join forces with Just Music in anticipation of releasing our new EP ‘Radiant Clouds’. We can’t wait to share lots of fresh music this year… and we’re even more amped to get back on stage.”

'Doomsday Clock' will be available on all major streaming platforms on the 26th of May 2023.
The Dirty Skirts continue as their original lineup – Jeremy de Tolly on vocals and guitar, David Moffatt on guitar, Maurice Paliaga on bass, and Mark De Menezes on drums.
The band's career highlights include being nominated for the Best Rock Album (SAMA) for their album Daddy Don’t Disco, and winning the Best Alternative Album (SAMA) for their album Lost in the Fall. They were first an independent act, then signed to labels Sony Music and Sheer. The band shared stages with notable international artists including Oasis, Snow Patrol, Evanescence, Three Doors Down, Billy Talent and Staind. They toured the UK and the USA, including playing at the SXSW festival in Texas. The Dirty Skirts headlined main stages at many South African festivals including Oppikoppi, Rocking the Daisies, Ramfest, Up the Creek, Splashy Fen, The Coca-Cola Festival, Kirstenbosch Summer Concerts and Seeding the Daisies. The Dirty Skirts will bring their high-octane live performances to South Africa in 2023.
